Creativity
Creativity, to me, is to explore ideas and express yourself through those ideas. Creativity shows the exquisite and unique side of who you are. Creativity matters to us because we show ourselves through the projects we complete. Creativity gives us the opportunity to get to know each other at DRSS. It is developed so that our work will be original and not rudimentary. We completed a project where we illustrated and wrote a book teaching 3rd graders how to resolve a conflict. During this project, I used creativity to come up with a good story that was educational while being entertaining for the 3rd graders. I have learned how to become more creative because the storybook project gave me the chance to formulate ideas related to a fun but educational story. An extracurricular activity that I do is piano. Apart from learning songs from my piano books, I like to learn how to play contemporary songs. By listening to the song online, I derive the notes to recreate the song on the piano. After getting the base notes, I often make my own composition. I feel that I can express my love for playing the piano using creativity.

This is my piano recital notes that I derived by listening to the song online.
